Family is important to us. That is why we’d love to host your child’s next birthday celebration down at the Family Farm. There are many fun things to experience and see. Having your celebration on the farm allows you to enjoy the party and play along. Bring cake, goodie bags, and decorations to personalize your event!

Please be sure to have alternate plans available due to inclement weather conditions. Our jumping pillows and pony rides are not able to operate when wet, nor do we have indoor facilities available for birthday party use. Your deposit will only be refunded if your party plans have to be changed due to inclement weather.
You may arrive up to 15 minutes early to begin setting up. Our West End Team Member will be there to assist.
West End Creamery is required to enforce a height minimum to participate on the Barnyard Jump. Any age may jump on the pillows as long as the guest has been paid for, and is at least 36 inches tall. No exceptions will be made on heights. We are required by MA state law to follow these regulations, and its for the safety of our guests.
West End Creamery has two pillows. Pillow 1 has height range from 36 inches to 52 inches. Pillow 2 has a height minimum of 42 inches with no maximum. Guests that are heights 42-52 inches tall may jump on either pillow --at the discretion of our team members. Conditions on the pillow are fluid. Guests that are falling often on Pillow 2 or are at high risk of injury may be required to jump on Pillow 1 if their heights are within range.
Hosts that wish to take advantage of our Pony & Jump Birthday Party Package will have 1 hour of availability with a pony. We will have the pony tacked up and ready for the last hour of your party. Your guests will be able to do as many pony rides as they like during this hour. To book a party online, click one of the yellow buttons on this page. It will show current availability. You only need to (and are able to) book one ticket for $50. This is your deposit. We will calculate the remainder on the day of your party and your party coordinator will cash you out at the end of your time slot.
