To book a party online, click one of the yellow buttons on this page. It will show current availability. You only need to (and are able to) book one ticket for $100. This is your deposit. We will calculate the remainder on the day of your party and your party coordinator will cash you out at the end of your time slot.

Yes. Parents, adult chaperones, and siblings of an invited guest must be included as part of the party guest count. Guests who have purchased general admission tickets to the Adventure Farm will not be permitted in the reserved Gathering Barn areas, however they can meet up with your group in other areas around the farm throughout your day.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due at the end of the party. Our party coordinator will present you with an itemized bill and can easily handle the transaction for you (cash or credit card).

No problem! We can reschedule your party for another day, or you can still come and enjoy our covered Gathering Barn. There is still a lot of fun to have! If you choose alternate plans due to inclement weather, we understand and will be happy to refund your deposit. Our Barnyard Jump cannot be used when it is wet.

You may arrive 15 minutes before your party time to set up and decorate. Our party coordinator will greet you at our admission barn and show you to your reserved Gathering Barn. All parties must check in at our new admission barn prior to entering.

As you enter the Creamery driveway, bear right and follow the paved path down below into our field parking. There will be a reserved parking spot for the party host’s vehicle. You may direct your guests to park in our general field parking area.

New for 2023, our Adventure Farm includes 20+ family focused attractions like our Barnyard Jump, Farmyard Challenge, Ball Zone, Farmcade, Pedal Carts, and so much more!

Our Gathering Barn has an apartment size refrigerator with freezer, picnic tables, and counter space. Bring cake, plates/cups/napkins, goodie bags, and decorations to personalize your event. We do ask that you leave the confetti and glitter at home for the safety of our animals. Well, maybe bring some presents, too!

Our birthday parties are considered self-hosted. Team members will be available during the duration of your party to direct you to your reserved Gathering Barn, help check-in your guests, handle the make-your-own-sundaes, and answer any questions you may have. Please note that our team members are not responsible for chaperoning guests around the farm.

Yes! Our Farmtastic Party and Barnyard Blast Party options include all day admission passes to our Adventure Farm. You do need to vacate your reserved Gathering Barn after your designated time is over. There may be another birthday party after yours, so we politely ask that you depart at your designated time so we can clean and get ready for the next party.

The Barnyard Jump & Mini Golf party package hours are 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM.

You sure can! We offer a discounted rate ($8 per player) for parties. Just ask the party coordinator on the day of the event.

Our concession areas offer hot dogs, soft pretzels, chips, water, and soft drinks for purchase along with Del’s frozen lemonade and our own delicious Kettle Corn. You may bring in coolers, but we cannot allow you to bring grills or other cooking equipment. You are welcome to bring food and other non-alcoholic drinks along.

West End Creamery has two pillows. Children MUST be at least 36 inches tall to jump on the Jumping Pillow. No exceptions will be made. We are required by MA state law to follow these regulations, and it’s for the safety of our guests. We divide our 2 pillows by height. Pillow 1 has a height requirement of 36 inches to 52 inches. Pillow 2 has a height requirement of 42 inches or more. Please note that the Barnyard Jump pillows are not privately reserved for the Farmtastic Party or Barnyard Blast parties as our Adventure Farm is open to the public.

Our Birthday Party program will begin on May 4 and continue through Labor Day weekend. Parties are available Friday through Sunday. We do not book parties during our Fall Festival, although we do offer group rates for a more informal party.
